On-site notarization support for day-to-day business needs.
Service Description
For single or limited notarizations completed at your office location (typically 1–3 acts). Travel limits and add-ons apply. Pricing (select at booking): • Standard Zone (0–15 miles): $95 • Extended Zone (16–25 miles): $120 Includes: one scheduled visit, up to 3 notarizations (acts), up to 30 minutes on site. Common document types: affidavits, authorization forms, vehicle/impound documents, property/HOA forms, and other business documents presented for notarization. Add-ons (when applicable): • Additional notarizations (4+): $15 per act • Additional signer (2nd+ signer): $15 • After-hours/weekend appointment: + $50 • Wait time beyond 30 minutes: $25 per 15 minutes Requirements: valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID for each signer. Documents must be complete and ready to sign (do not sign in advance).
Cancellation Policy
Mobile visits reserve dedicated time and routing. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours are subject to a 50% service fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to the full service amount. If the visit cannot be completed due to missing ID, incomplete documents, or signer unavailability, the service fee may still apply.
